Our Complaints Department is available to receive your comments, personally address each case, and respond to you accurately and responsibly. Whether you are a customer, supplier, partner, or community member, we strive to handle your concerns with integrity and commitment, always aiming for the best possible solution for all involved parties.

In the event of a named complaint, we assure you that there will be no negative consequences (retaliation) for the individual submitting the complaint.

You also have the option not to include any information in the form that could reveal your identity. Our company focuses solely on the information regarding the reported incident and its effective management.

If you wish to submit an anonymous complaint, please follow the instructions below:

• Do not mention personal details, such as your name or your relationship with the involved parties.
• Do not provide information that could lead to your identification.
• Use a secure internet connection.

Instructions for Submitting Complaints:

If you wish to submit a complaint, you can choose one of the following methods:

1. Via the online Contact Form, which you will find at the top of the page by selecting “Submit Complaint” under “Type of Communication.”
2. Via email at compliance@mandrekas.gr (please include your full contact details in your message).
3. By mail, to the address “MANDREKAS S.A., 80th km New National Road Athens – Corinth, 20100, Corinth, attention Regulatory Compliance Department,” marked “Confidential.”
4. By submitting a written form directly to the Regulatory Compliance Department of the company.
